WINTER RETREAT
February 6-8, 2009 ~$120*
Join us for a weekend of biblical instruction, fun and fellowship at Mount Kare Retreat Center outside Wrightwood, CA. We have the entire center to ourselves and are extremely pleased with the location, facilities and food!
The $120* registration fee includes everything you need for the weekend. It does not include optional activities such as skiing, snowboarding, or tubing during Saturday free-time. We are directly across the highway from Mountain High Resort!
*Registrations postmarked after January 19, 2009 will be charged a $20.00 late fee.

Rev. Brown is minister of the Word at Christ United Reformed Church in Santee. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Seminary California. He has published articles in Banner of Truth, The Outlook, and Modern Reformation magazines, and is the editor and a contributing author of Called to Serve: Essays for Elders and Deacons (Grandville: Reformed Fellowship, 2007).
Rev. Brown did not grow up in Reformed churches but in the Calvary Chapel movement where he served as a “youth pastor” for a short period of time. He became interested in Reformed theology through the writings of Martyn Lloyd-Jones, J. Gresham Machen, and by “The White Horse Inn” radio program. He has a passion to preach the gospel, teach theology and help people learn the riches of the Reformed faith.
Mike and his wife Janie were married in 1990, and have four children: Micaela, Alysia, Isaac and Iain. They live in San Diego.
